Scotty Watson – Finding Your Comedic Voice

San Miguel Writers Conference Comedy

Through exercises designed to loosen up your funny bone Scotty will help you develop your comedic point of view.

Participants will learn the basic structure on which to build comedy… and the discipline to put comedic thoughts on paper.  The workshop covers scene and character development as well as the different styles and genres of comedy.

Will this workshop get you a job writing for Saturday Night Live or Letterman?   Nope.
Will it help you take the things that YOU find funny and put them in a format that will make others laugh?  You bet your bippy!
Please bring any comedy writing or ideas that you are working on!
